What is Mother Rita Multi-Purpose Cooperative?

Mother Rita Multi-Purpose Cooperative is a primary multi-purpose cooperative duly Registered with Cooperative Development Authority-Pampanga Extension Office Reg. No. 9520-03002384/ C.I.N. 0105030045/ T.I.N. 216-680-464-001

What is General Assembly?

The General Assembly is composed of all the members in good standing who are entitled to vote and is the highest governing body of the Cooperative.

What are the power of General Assembly?

The General Assembly shall be the highest policy-making body of the cooperative and shall exercise such powers as stated in RA 9520, in this articles of cooperation and by-laws of the cooperative.

The general assembly shall have the following exclusive powers:

To determine and approve amendments on the Articles of Cooperation and By-laws in accordance with the law;
To elect to appoint or remove for a cause any member of the Board of Directors, Officer or Committee Member of the Cooperative;
To approve developmental plans of the Cooperative;
To delegate some of its power to a smaller body of the cooperative for a purpose of prompt and intelligent decision-making in accordance with the Philippine Code of 2008 or RA 9520;
To review and pass upon the reports of the Board of Directors, Officers, and Committees;
To review, modify, reject or approve any substantial change in the financial and operational policies of the Cooperative;
To adopt a Cooperative seal and exercise all the powers may be authorized by law and the Constitution.

To learn the rights and privileges of being a co-owner.

What is Share Capital?

Share Capital refers to the money paid or required to be paid by the members for the conduct of the operation of the Cooperative and is considered as equity. It shall not be withdrawn and should not be used in offsetting obligations whether past due or current while the membership subsist.

What are the types of Share Capital?

We have Common & Preferred Share Capital.

What are the products and services of Mother Rita MPC?

Mother Rita MPC's products and services are Savings, Loans, and Insurances. Mother Rita also provides other services like Coop Home School, Western Union Services, an agent banking partner of LANDBANK, NATCCO Pinoy ATM Machine, Kaya payment Platform POS, Coop Dormitory and many more.

How to be a Co-Owner of Mother Rita MPC?

A Co-owner or member must be residing or working within the area of Zambales, Bataan, Pangasinan for at least (1) one year.

Must attend the Pre-Membership Education Seminar (PMES). Submit Membership Application form along with the other requirements such as 2x2 Picture, any government Issued ID, or if no ID available you may submit other documents such as NBI, Police Clearance etc.

How long do we process loan and what are the benefits?

You can get your loan within 5 working days upon completion of requirements, along with the net proceeds, members are entitled to the following benefits; CLSP, CLPP, Patronage Refund etc.
